Last month I was invited to LA to attend the #QueenofKatweEvent which was an amazing event where I walked to Red Carpet and also was able to go behind the scenes of some hilarious ABC TV Shows. Me and 24 other amazing bloggers walked behind the set for shows like American Housewife, The Middle and of course The Real O’Neals. It’s totally amazing to walk the set for TV shows which helps you gain an appreciation for all that they do.
They help us relax and laugh for a little while we are winding down from our crazy day and also creates that fun family time when you are able to catch each episode with your whole family. Have you caught an episode of The Real O’Neals yet? There is a new Halloween Episode premiering tonight at 9:30-10:00 p.m EDT.
The Director of the show greeted us at the entrance of the house, he let us know that less than 24 hours ago this house and everything around it had nothing to do with snow. This morning however when we visited they were still in the midst of propping up everything to have a winter scene for a future episode.
As you can see above the house was all Christmas which wasn’t surprising to be honest, even though it was September when we visited I’m no stranger to early Christmas decorating in my house. This house is huge by the way and boasted a beautiful stairway which leads to nowhere. Yep you heard that right it leads to nowhere, didn’t think that did you?
As you can see the frost on the window indicates that it’s either snowing outside or has snowed outside, but look a little farther and you can see some of the backdrop and a wall. Even though the odds of it snowing in California are slim to none, it’s definitely snowing here at The O’Neals House.
One of my favorite parts of this entire tour was when I was able to take a quick selfie with the stars Matthew Shively who plays as Jimmy O’Neal and Bebe Wood who plays as Shannon O’Neal. As well as get a fun look at the huge screens they use to cover the backgrounds. These are the backgrounds you see when the stars are next to windows, maybe they are outside, or maybe they are sitting in a car of some sort. The background like you see above is what you’re looking at in the far beyond. We also got a fun look at one of the places where the cast filmed a part of an episode at, but that’s all I can tell you!
I had a blast going behind the scene with ABC TV’s show the Real O’neals if you haven’t already caught up on these awesome shows via a streaming device. Also, don’t forget to tune into tonight at 9:30pm EST to catch “The Real Halloween” episode. I promise you won’t want to miss it! There is a whole lineup for tonights Tuesday Comedy night so make sure you scroll down to see the other hiliarous shows that are airing tonight as well. Grab some snacks (maybe some candy!) and get ready to crack up all night long.
